At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade plant-based products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. We accept returns and exchanges on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase to ensure your skin stays happy and healthy.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team or visit your local Soap Makery with your order number and original receipt to start the process.
Package Your Items
Ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a team member in-store.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
